(CPGR) is a nonprofit agency founded on the belief that everyone should enjoy the same health, economic, and social opportunities no matter who they are or where they live. We deliver a wide range of social, developmental, and educational programs delivered through our facilities in the northeast sector of the city of Rochester (NY) and throughout the greater Rochester area.

SWAN is a neighborhood association that is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the residents and families in the southwest community.
The SouthWest Area Neighborhood Association (SWAN) is a non-profit organization founded by neighborhood leaders in the late 1970's. SWAN, incorporated in 1982, has held a broad mission since its inception: to improve the quality of life for residents and families in SouthWest Rochester. One it's initiatives is the Grow Green Project.
About the program...
The Grow Green Youth Entrepreneur Program enables students to learn valuable business skills at a young age, while at the same time it improves their math, reading and science skills.
The garden and the vegetables the students grow are the vehicles for teaching and reinforcing these skills. The skills these students acquire will give them an advantage as they enter adulthood.

The Rochester Monroe County Youth Bureau has served the County's youth as a planning, funding and coordinating agency and is dedicated to developing, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive system of services for youth and their families in Monroe County. The Rochester Monroe County Youth Bureau funds and supports prevention and intervention services including: youth development, delinquency prevention, runaway-homeless youth services and recreation programs that address the needs of positive youth development for all county youth.
What is Monroe County ACCESS?
A catalyst for change - Monroe County ACCESS - the children's mental health initiative.
Monroe County ACCESS (Achieving Culturally Competent and Effective Services and Supports) began in 2005 and is an initiative of the Office of Mental Health within the Department of Human Services of Monroe County. ACCESS is funded by a SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) grant, which is also referred to as the System of Care grant.
